Thank you for your interest in renting with Roberts Real Estate and Property Management. We strive to make the rental application criteria as straightforward and convenient as possible. Below, you’ll find all the information you need to apply for one of our available rental properties.
Application Requirements
When your application has been approved or denied, you will be notified immediately. If your application is denied, you will receive the required letter via the U.S. mail.
JCR SERVICES, INC. represents the Lessor/Owner of the rental property in the lease agreement. A flyer on Agency Disclosure is provided in your lease information packet, for further explanation.

Included in the screening fee is the following:
- Credit Report w/ Score
- Social Security/Address Validation and Verification
- Fraud search
- Registered Sex Offender Search
- Multi-State Criminal Search
- County Criminal Search (Most common for CA residents)
- National Eviction Search
- Current and Former Landlord Verification
- Current Employment Verification
- Online Application technology fee
A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile (No Pet/Pet/Animal). This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.
